Ladies in Leamington be careful! I was in Leamington's Shoppers today looking for a graduation card when I felt my dress continuously ruffle. I looked around for the source and discovered a man scooped down at my feet with his phone in hand and his camera on. He was taking pictures up my dress! I yelled to him and he took off. The workers and Manager were helpful. We viewed the cameras to catch an image but unfortunately it wasn't good enough. Yes the police were notified also. I am writing on here only to encourage women, even young girls, to be cautious, careful and alert if they are wearing a dress. Be careful!
