Spotted a road in Leamington. Garrison street has a huge hole in the road and is in need of repair real bad. I witnessed a small child about 4yrs old going for a bike ride with his mother and sibling when the child didn't even pedal more the 3-4 times before falling of his bike. So rather than redoing the road that is in much need of repair the town decides to put a pylon on the hole. How lame. This town is always fixing roads that don't need it but never fix the ones that do. Like Garrison.
